Rather not touch your price list? Add one tile to Shopify POS instead. When a customer pays cash, tap it: the total rounds down to the nearest whole dollar, tax included. You see every new price before anything changes, the register confirms the total, and each rounding shows on the receipt as a labelled discount so tax reports stay exact.
